IMPORTANT!!! Waiver pick up.

Hey Guys I saw that alot of good players were sent thrue waivers.

I can for my own team say that I never have sent Jacob josephson thrue waivers do please don't pick him up or else I would have to get him back thrue a trade!!!

It's important not to pick ANY player up here at the first advanced segment!!

I noticed the waivers but I thought we had some type of no waivers rule anyway?

I think we should turn off waivers , it is just a mess because you don't get notified if the computer accidentally releases a player. I think I might have claimed Eric Wellwood from waivers but I'm going to give him back to Philadelphia , I saw that the devils sent Gionta through waivers.

Waivers need to be on. Adds more realism to the General Manager position. adds strategy

I completely agree with waiver but like we have discussed 1000 times, the CPU sent without any notifications your players thrue waivers for no reason.
Sometimes it´s because of injuries and it will happen also when the game get advanced because of trades and how the cpu wants your team to look like.
I am for waiver if it work correctly.

Yeah like it showed Stefan Matteau as being on waivers. He's a 19-year old prospect, the kid isn't even (or at least shouldn't be) waiver eligible.

Detroit claimed s. gionta and that is how it should be. I sent him down and he got claimed, but when the CPU sent players thrue waivers it's not very nice.

I think we should do this:
When someone sent a player thrue waivers right it in a thread so people know they can claim him, this offcourse can be hard to do because it's up to the GM's to be honest about it and not just put players thrue with putting it a thread.

Maybe just let it be on and let people screw up when they get to big of an roster or to many 1 way contract.

Maybe we can look up the rules and conditions to waivers in real life and add it to the rules section, any waiver pickups have to comply with those rules and if not you have to give the player back and there may be a penalty (say having to forfeit a mid pick to that team as well, since they'd probably have to trade a 7th or something to get the player back?). I have no problem with being able to claim the type of guys you could claim in real life off waivers but there's no reason that the option to claim someone's young prospect off waivers should even be there. I just saw Nathan Mackinnon on waivers, it's ridiculous.
