Preparation for 2014
I believe we need to improve the trading system. I am taking this from a fantasy league and it works very well. Here's what it is:
-A team posts the trade in a thread and gives a reason why they accept
- The other team participating in the trade replys and says they accept and give a reason why
- The trade needs three votes to go through or to be denied
-There is a board of about seven voters who vote
-Everyone does not have to vote. Seven is a good number because if two members of the board are trading, there are still five voters so it can be approved or denied
-It gives a variety of opinions instead of one person making the decision
-The seven board members would be the seven remaining league members
Thoughts?

Re: Preparation for 2014
This works for me...I like the idea of involving several members and it takes the heat off of a single person if a trade is rejected. Good idea!

As a original member coming back I would like to be on the board..I think Pitts Boston and isle were ok with that.
