After a 3 win and 1 loss start to the season for the bluejackets they were up to face the washington capitals. It was the brandon Holtby show for the first two periods as the capitals took an early lead 5-0. The bluejackets tried to mount a comeback but could only manage two goals and lost 5-2 while outshooting the capitals 28-20. A strong showing by the CPU Capitals taking it to the defending regular season champs.
