No I don't believe so. Although with our numbers dwindling we may have to try thinking if a way we can get around this rule.

Maybe we could submit it before sending it to the CPU team and have to get it approved with more votes than a trade between two GM's? And we would need all the information, player ratings, cap hits, years left, potential ratings, etc. That way we don't have people using the CPU teams for all of their salary dumps.

Yes players can be offer sheeted. But it's a slippery slope. Remember people aren't goldfish and have a good memory. I wouldn't offer sheet anyone myself.
Myself, LA, and Boston are getting together to discuss rules, gameplay and such soon. So stay tuned.
