Since we didn't make the post season this year, we are currently evaluating our situation in terms of player contracts. As of right now we are scheduled to have negotiations with UFA's Paul Stastny and Steve Ott, and RFA's Jamie McBain, Tyler Ennis, Matt Hackett, Greg Nemisz, Corey Tropp, and Luke Adam. We have decided to part ways with Henrik Tallinder, Alex Sulzer, Brian Gionta, John Scott, J.T. Wyman, and Cody McCormick.

We are also looking closely at the possible candidates to fill the vacant position as team captain, and while a decisions is close we won't make an official announcement until we have our players under contract.
