What's up with the CPU?
Were settings changed or something? Are the settings not on "hardcore simulation"?
All goalies in the one game I played were terrrrrrrible...and pretty much every shot went in if I at all aimed... I mean, I won 13-5...I think I scored 13 goals on like 30 shots...that's almost 50% shooting accuracy, that shouldn't happen... And Edmonton had like 20 shots, that's 25%, still ridiculously high...
And the hitting... I injured Hemsky, Gagner, and Yakupov in one game... I just feel bad...
What is going on? lol I sure hope it's an anomale

Re: What's up with the CPU?
It's too bad we couldn't reset the league and turn the fuckin injuries down. I played 2 games and Duchene is gone 31 and Mitchell 6. Boston will throw 5 hits and knock out half my team and if that happens the interest will be very minimal if I got no players. That goes for everyone. Till this segment is done everyone should lay off hits or something until we get to the next segment.

Vancouver:
You do know you played a GM's cpu, hope you asked him first.
You destroyed he's CPU and injuried 3 of he's players, that is not beeing fair to the guy, just because he's game hasent arrive. Give him a break a maybe you could have played he's CPU wedensday, the day before we advance!!
And remember to set your CPU its a rule that need to be not overlooked. Thanks

Re: What's up with the CPU?
I've played 3 games and won 8-1 6-1 and 4-2 you can keep them off the board just can't give up forty shots a game and if your goalie gives up three straight take him out. I'm not sure if the goalies get rattled in this game and it affects there play but I know one game I played I scored 5 in period and half they changed goalies and I only got one the rest of the game. I only have gotten two injuries in three games both out for like five games.

Re: What's up with the CPU?
The injuries are out of control in NHL14. Seems like it's actually more that the hitting is unrealistic and many big hits result in injuries.
The settings are on Superstar with Hardcore Simulation. I think I can turn the injuries down one more notch and I'll try to adjust hitting too.
Changes won't take effect until next advancement.

Re: What's up with the CPU?
I lost Kesler for like 54 games from a normal looking hit... Injuries are nuts...
In the almost 5 full seasons of 13 we played, I had injuries to deal with, but it was never more than like 30 games tops. I play one game against a human and lose one of the best players on my team for almost a season... At least my rookie's will get some experience!!!!

Hopefully toning it down will help after the next advancement. I've only played two games so thankfully I haven't had any injuries yet, but I guess it's a good thing I sat Myers and Vanek then.

Re: What's up with the CPU?
I didn't lose Kesler playing you doucher...I lost him playing SJ before... And what part of that was a complaint? Or was it a statement and then a silver-lining?
You played my team now full of rookies, your two goal lead that you're implying came off insane skill and sick hands came from 2 lucky goals from guys just turning and shooting wildly........after you blew a 2-0 lead......to rookies.....
I hope you're proud of yourself man... You're an idiot...

Grow up, man up boy!!
Rookie lineup? How old are the sedins, edler and the rest.
3 shorthanded goals, great D I got to say.
Noob, get your act together a behave like a man instead of that childish behavior.
Go back to practice against the Cpu like you did in NHL13 and comeback when you start playing against real competition.

Why would i get angry? That seems a bit silly to get angry about!
Looking forward to See Canucks in Newark:) Maybe if i lose I can use the excuse that I had a rookie or two in the lineup;) Lol
